Delivery Information
We deliver right to your doorstep! For Dar es Salaam residents, we offer direct delivery after payment confirmation. For other regions, we partner with reliable courier services to ensure your musical gear arrives safely. Delivery times vary based on your location, but we always aim for the fastest possible service.
Great news! We offer FREE delivery for all orders over 100,000 TZS within Dar es Salaam. For smaller orders or deliveries outside Dar, a small delivery fee applies which will be clearly shown at checkout. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
The price you see is the price you pay! We don't believe in surprise fees. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. For international orders, there may be customs duties which are beyond our control, but we'll help you estimate these if needed.
