Physical Products (Instruments & Accessories)
- 14-day return window from delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless due to our error).
Damaged or Defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a free return, replacement, or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened reeds, mouthpieces, drumsticks, in-ear monitors
- Used or worn items
- Gift cards or downloadable digital content
Digital Products (Music Courses)
- 7-day satisfaction guarantee from date of purchase.
- If you’ve completed less than 20% of the course, you qualify for a full refund.
- No refunds for downloaded or fully completed courses.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@doctormusic.com with your order number.
- We’ll guide you and provide a return label if applicable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of item return.
